Sports Injury Rehabilitation helps athletes effectively treat pain and return to normal function. Progressive exercises are included in rehabilitation programmes to ensure the injury site returns to a fully functional state. Sports Injury Rehabilitation treats a range of conditions including acute sports injuries, strains, sprains, muscle, tendon and ligament repairs, tendonitis, hand injuries, shoulder dislocation, foot or ankle dysfunction

Palliative care is a multidisciplinary approach to specialized medical care for people with serious illnesses. It focuses on providing people with relief from the symptoms, pain, physical stress, and mental stress of a serious illness. The goal of such therapy is to improve quality of life, Evidence as of 2016 supports Physiotherapy in improvement of quality of life.  Physical therapist provides palliative care using heat, cold, and TENS for alleviation of pain. Knee joint pains in overweight and arthritis, most common are osteoarthritis and  Low Back Pain both of which are treatable occurs mostly in the age of forties and hence is a common dysfunction for all the women of this age. There are various areas where yoga and fitness are significant, such as yoga forms, physiotherapy, sports science, exercise science, recovery, meditation, and related topics such as physical medicinesports medicine, fitness and aerobics.

Musculoskeletal Medicine (MSK medication) is the analysis and treatment of issues emerging from the musculoskeletal framework influencing such as muscles, bones and joints of the appendages and spine.  Musculoskeletal doctors have been trained in a broader range of treatment techniques for the therapy of musculoskeletal therapy, orthomanipulation, manual therapy, chiropractic, osteopathy. It improves muscle strength, flexibility, movement and co-ordination.

There has been renewed interest in the spondyloarthropathy family of chronic inflammatory Pain medication conditions, which has been fuelled to a large extent by the biologic era. Over the period of the past 2 years in particular, there have been several notable advances. First, there have been a number of large, high-quality randomized controlled trials evaluating the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers and conservative treatments such as physiotherapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for use in spondyloarthropathy. Operant behavioral and cognitive-behavioral treatment for chronic low back pain

Physical Rehabilitation is the therapy of providing treatment for disabled person for the reduction of disabilities. Psycho- Physiotherapy is a method of therapy that integrates approaches of both psychotherapy and body therapy in one simultaneous process. The therapeutic work is continually integrating the physical with the psychological and vice versa. The process of Psycho-Physical Therapy is based on the following principles like Parts are never separate from the whole, The body is the primary vehicle through which the therapeutic work is done.

Physiotherapy is a field of medicine that studies physiological and medical effect of natural and artificial physical factors and develops methods of their application for preventive and Traumatic Brain Injuries, A group of physical methods of treatment and their practical application. Physiotherapy includes Hypnosis, phototherapy, Arthroscopy, thermal treatment, treatment by mechanical effects. Balneology is an independent section of physiotherapy. Each of them includes a number of treatment modes based on application of one or another physical factor.

Exercise is probably the last thing most subjects are going to start while experiencing pain, particularly in the acute and sub-acute period. Physiotherapy techniques have been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to solve pain and injury or avoid it.

Physiotherapist can combine simple Pilates sets, yoga, and exercise physiology to give you the best outcome.  Based on the recovery condition, the physiotherapist is a specialist in recommending the "best exercises" for the most effective "exercise dosage". Orthopedic physical therapy involves treatment of the musculoskeletal system (consisting of the body's muscles and bones), which has been exposed to injury or trauma. It covers sprains, strains, bone fracture, postoperative surgery, and repetitive injury. The body parts include both the neck and back, and the extremities.

Pregnancy-related pelvic aid issues occur in 60-70 percent of ladies during their time of development. The pelvic aid is described as the Palliative Sedation and the symphysis of the pubic (the joint in the pelvis front). In the postnatal gloomy period, up to 40 percent of women who reveal back devastation amid pregnancy still report torment. Lower back pain is one of the most severe in females as well. Post-delivery Pediatric physiotherapy supports cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, and other neuromuscular disorders to treat the baby.

Rehabilitation medicine have the strategy for the management of pain which reduces muscle pain, movement related pain, joint pain for the optimization of patient’s function. Rehabilitation methodology could be particularly helpful for some patients with functional vulnerability and refractory movement associated pain who cannot satisfy oral medicine(pharmacology). Most common therapy for pain management will be some physical exercise such as body mechanics, stretching, strengthening and aerobic exercises.

Acupuncture is a basic traditional Chinese medicine which provides the basic techniques for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders by physical therapist. It is also one of the techniques in physiotherapy involves the management of pain, soft tissue injuries and enhance rehabilitation. It involves stimulation of the brain and spinal cord to produce natural pain-relieving chemicals to promote wellbeing.

Rheumatology is the detection and treatment of musculoskeletal disease and systemic autoimmune conditions also called rheumatic diseases. The diseases may affect the joints, and bones which cause pain, swelling, etc. Rheumatologists used to treat joint diseases similar to orthopaedists but they do not perform surgeries.
