Session 01: Physiotherapy
Physical therapy (PT), mostly known as Physiotherapy, is a primary care specialty in western medicine that, by using mechanical force and movements [Bio-mechanics or Kinesiology], Manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy and various physical therapies who practice evidence based treatments, remediates impairments and promotes mobility, function, and quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical intervention. It is performed by physical therapists (known as physiotherapists in many countries).
Physical therapists help people maximise their quality of life, looking at physical, psychological, emotional and social wellbeing. They work in the health spheres of promotion, prevention, treatment/intervention, habilitation and rehabilitation.

Session 02: Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Physiotherapy
Cardiopulmonary physical therapists offer therapy for a wide variety of cardiopulmonary disorders. They also offer therapy pre & post cardiac surgery (like coronary artery bypass surgery) and pulmonary surgery. Primary goals of these therapies include increasing endurance and functional independence. Manual therapy is used in this field to assist in clearing lung secretions experienced with cystic fibrosis. Patients with various disorders, including heart attacks, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pulmonary fibrosis, can benefit from specialized cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapists.

Geriatric physiotherapy is the branch of medicine that studies rehabilitation and physical therapy issues in elderly. It covers three areas – normal aging due to disuse and deconditioning, cardiovascular problems like vascular disease and stroke, and skeletal problems including and osteoarthritis and osteoporosis conditions such as knee and hip replacements. Physical medicine physicians use rehabilitation to work toward the goal of returning the patient to a pre-injury quality of life and may use physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Rehabilitation maintains functional independence in the elderly it is imperative for the patients' well-being and for society.

Session 05: Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is an alternative medicine that deals with the diagnosis of mechanical disorder of SPINE which belongs to musculoskeletal system of our body.
Development of osteopathic and chiropractic medicine in North America gained popularity of Chiropractic technique in late 19th century. Gonstead chiropractic technique is the major chiropractic technique used on the theme of spinal adjustment treatment “on hands”. The main part of Chiropractic technique is the massage and manipulation which helps in the adjustment of spine and related tissues. Chiropractic manipulation is not effective for any medical condition according to the scientific evidence, with the exception of treatment for lower back pain. Cervical spine has been debated particularly with the safety of manipulation. Adverse results, including death in the Chiropractic treatment are rare. Chiropractors may use exercise and other treatments as advice. Chiropractic Activation method is an instrument assisted treatment method used by chiropractors for treatment of back pain, neck pain and headaches.

Physical therapists may utilize surgical instruments, wound irrigations, dressings and topical agents to remove the damaged or contaminated tissue and promote tissue healing. Other commonly used interventions include exercise, edema control, splinting, and compression garments. The work done by physical therapists in the integumentary specialty do work similar to what would be done by medical doctors or nurses in the emergency room or triage.
